# Delete your account and data

## Overview

This page explains how to delete your SealGate account and the data associated with it, including data linked to the SealGate mobile app (package ai.sealgate.mobile ). SealGate is a trading name of GPU-EVM LTD.

The mobile app connects your device to SealGate Cloud over a single outbound, encrypted connection so that your own authorised AI agents can reach tools on the device. The only data the app stores on the device is an authentication token, held encrypted in the Android Keystore. Your account itself lives in SealGate Cloud.

## How to request deletion

### 1. Remove the app's data from your device

Sign out in the app, or uninstall it, to clear the encrypted authentication token stored on the device. This also revokes that device's access to your account.

### 2. Request full account and data deletion

Email [privacy@sealgate.ai](mailto:privacy@sealgate.ai?subject=Account%20and%20data%20deletion%20request) from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account and data deletion request". We use the sending address to verify ownership before we act on the request. If you manage an organisation account, tell us whether you want only your own user removed or the whole organisation and its data deleted.

› What gets deleted Account, devices, config, and logs, within 7 days On a verified account-deletion request we delete, within 7 days:

- Your account and profile information, including your name, email address, and authentication credentials
- Registered devices and their authentication tokens, including the mobile device registration
- Your connection configuration (connected MCP servers, endpoints, and the security policies you defined)
- Your audit logs, session logs, and associated metadata SealGate does not persist the content of tool calls that pass through the secure layer (for example, a captured photo or a tool's arguments and results); that traffic is processed transiently in memory and is not written to durable storage, so there is no stored tool-call content to delete. › Data kept, and for how long Debug logs 30 days, audit logs 4 months, else on request If you ask us to delete only certain data, or to keep your account open, these default retention periods apply while the account is active:

- Debug logs (operational and diagnostic records): up to 30 days.
- Security and audit logs (audit logs, session logs, and supporting metadata): up to 4 months. When your account is deleted these ceilings no longer apply: we remove your account information, connection configuration, and all associated logs within 7 days, regardless of how much of their retention period remains. The only exception is data we must preserve in connection with a legal claim or an ongoing security investigation, or that we are required to keep by law; we limit any such retention to what is strictly necessary for that purpose.
